CCIV provides comprehensive counseling/psychiatric assessments and case planning services on a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. Our providers, Sonia Rupp, M.D., Patrick Keilty, MFT and Leslie Blunden, M.A. have over 40 years of combined experience in the mental health field.

 Dr. Sonia Rupp is a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who has been practicing outpatient psychiatry since 1996. Dr. Rupp attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed her psychiatry residency and child fellowship in Toledo, Ohio.
Dr. Rupp has worked with The Children's Cabinet of Incline Village since 2000 as an independent contractor. She lives in the Lake Tahoe area with her husband Robert Rupp, M.D. (Orthopedic Surgeon) and their three children.
 Patrick Keilty has worked with the Children’s Cabinet since 1997. He graduated from the Pacifica Graduate Institute with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. In 1997, Patrick obtained his State of Nevada licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Patrick specializes in family counseling, parent-child interactions and child’s play therapy.
Funding sources include: Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Juvenile Services, Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation, private donations and fee for service.
